What is a “Program Fitting”?
A program fitting is a free service we offer in order to find the perfect program for your child! Through a short assessment, we’ll give you the options best suits for goals, availability and your child’s skills.
A program fitting is mandatory for all children 5.5 years and older before registration to most of our programs.

Pre-Competitive Novice
Build on prior skills and advance your daughter’s flexibility, acrobatics, apparatus technique, and dance.

Pre-Competitive Junior
The step before competitive! The perfect program to see if competitive right for your daughter – enjoy all RG has to offer without the full commitment of competitions!
Ages: 6-9 years old

Pre-Competitive Senior
For the girls who love the competitive atmosphere in a recreational setting. In this program, your daughter will learn both an individual and a group routine!
Ages: 8+ years old
Length: Full-year program
