Many of our gymnasts, both provincial and national, competed at the invitational in Kanata (Ottawa). Here are their results:

In Kanata, our whole national team competed.
In the novice level, Ivy Luo placed 1st in free, 1st in hoop, 1st in ball, 1st in clubs, and 1st overall! Congrats!
For combined level 9 and level 10 junior, Gabrielle Assadoullaev, Fira Katchan, and Erin Dietrich all competed. Gabrielle Assadoullaev placed 4th in rope, 1st in hoop, 1st in ball, 2nd in clubs, and finished 2nd overall. Fira Katchan placed 2nd in rope, 3rd in hoop, 5th in ball, 3rd in clubs, and finished 3rd overall. Erin Dietrich placed 6th in rope, 5th in hoop, 6th in ball, 6th in clubs, and 6th overall.
Tiia Neges competed in the combined level 9 and level 10 national senior level and placed 3rd in hoop, 3rd in ball, 4th in clubs, 3rd in ribbon, and 4th overall.
In addition to our national team, many of our provincial athletes also attended the invitational.
In level 2A, Sophie Tong placed 5th in free, 5th in rope, and 5th overall; and Amelia Tong placed 3rd in free, 13th in rope, and 8th overall.

Julia Zagrubska and Genevieve Boudreau both competed in level 2B. Julia placed 6th in free, 4th in ball and 4th overall; Genevieve placed 3rd in free, 5th in ball, and 5th overall.
In level 3A, Stephanie Shen placed 1st in free, 5th in hoop, and 3rd overall; Emma Zhou placed 4th in free, 7th in hoop, and 4th overall; and Catherine Ren placed 10th in free, 9th in hoop, and 10th overall.
Liza Lialina competed in level 3B getting 4th in free, 4th in rope, 4th in ball, and 4th overall.
In level 3C, Audrey Romanovich placed 2nd in free, 1st in hoop, 2nd in ball, and 2nd overall.
Gladdens Lau competed in level 4B, finishing 1st in free, 1st in hoop, 1st in her choice of apparatus (ball), and 1st overall.
In 5A, Maria (Masha) Kostiounina competed. She finished 5th in free, 5th in rope, 5th in ribbon, and 5th overall.
