What is Rhythmic Gymnastics (RG)?
Rhythmic Gymnastics is an Olympic sport that combines elements of gymnastics, dance, acrobatics, ballet and apparatus manipulation. Gymnasts compete individually or in groups of 2 or more, manipulating one or two pieces of apparatus such as: ball, hoop, clubs, ribbon, rope or free (no apparatus).
About Us
We focus on an individual approach in the development of our athletes, as well as, building on an ethical and honest foundation alongside team spirit. The team ensures development of the raw skills of each of the participants, while continuing to build a strong, healthy and competitive spirit in each gymnast that trains with us. We are confident that when your child joins our York Stars family, they will shine brighter under the expert coaching at our club.
